One of our clients in South Wales operates a modern PSV fleet ranging from 16 seat minibuses to 70 seat coaches and is looking for a full time highly competent and experienced transport manager. Minibus and coach industry knowledge and experience is essential, and you must have a proven track record of promoting and maintaining operator licence compliance.
The successful candidate must be able to challenge existing practices and innovate to increase efficiency and compliance whilst building positive and productive relationships with the company drivers. The role is based at the company’s busy depot and the salary is between £35,000 and £40,000 per year dependent on experience.
