Sales and Marketing Assistant

Beverley Bell Consulting and Training are a market leading national company, dedicated to providing quality training courses and consulting services to a wide range of clients. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (Hybrid working potential)

Salary: Competitive

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • First Point of Contact – Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Client Relationship Building – Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales for our training courses.
  • Client Relationship Nurturing – Follow up with clients and delegates to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Telephone Communication – Make and receive calls to third parties, providing information and support as needed.
  • Service Explanation – Clearly explain our services to clients and potential delegates, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Database Management – Implement and manage databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Social Media Campaigns – Assist in the creation and implementation of social media campaigns to enhance our online presence and engagement.
  • Administrative Support – Provide administrative support to the Business Director and Business Manager, assisting with various tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Interpersonal Skills – Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Multitasking Ability – Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritising them effectively.
  • Energetic and Proactive – A proactive approach with high energy and enthusiasm for the role.
  • Attention to Detail – Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Social Media – A strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for marketing purposes.
