As Executive Director for Risk and Operations, Alison supports our clients to identify the risks associated with running their fleets and works with them to develop and implement practices to mitigate them.

Alison’s expertise, knowledge and experience from her past operational roles is key to her previous success in improving the safety of several large and diverse fleets, as well as her current success working with our clients.

Her ethos, skills, commitment and work are recognised in the industry, and she is the recipient of several prestigious awards, culminating in her being inducted into the Fleet News Hall of Fame in 2025.

She has served as a magistrate since 2004 and sits on numerous industry advisory boards and committees.
