As Executive Director – Legal and Compliance, Laura focuses on solving our clients’ legal, risk, compliance, health and safety and regulatory issues. 

Our ‘barrister with a difference’, Laura’s career has spanned the independent Bar, as Partner in a leading law firm and in industry, where she has held Executive and Non-Executive roles in construction, oil and gas and transport.

Laura was engaged as Deputy Traffic Commissioner for Great Britain in two defined periods between 2017 and 2025 and has also worked for the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), thus uniquely giving her the regulator’s perspective on compliance.
