An update from our TM CPC Refresher in Bristol 
Day two is always fun, when the delegates have got to know each other a bit more. They are all enjoying working in break-out groups on driver conduct work.
A message from Beverley: “As always, our delegates are from a wide variety of backgrounds and are all ages and levels of experience.
I had an interesting discussion with one delegate who suggested you can’t be an effective transport manager if you can’t drive a lorry. One of our delegates in her early 20s gave him a withering look. I also challenged him. Such fun!”
