When did you start working at Beverley Bell Consulting & Training?

I started working for Beverley in June 2023 after an informal interview, the first few months flew by, and I quickly became an established member of the team.

What does your job entail on a daily basis? 

As Business Manager at Beverley Bell Consulting and Training, I now oversee the wider operations of the business, including HR and the continued development of our growing training company. I originally led all aspects of our training work from start to finish, playing a key role in helping Beverley establish herself in a competitive and saturated market where the quality of training varies greatly. I remain involved with the training side and work closely with Lauren and the training clients, whether they are individuals looking to attend a scheduled course or companies seeking bespoke training for their employees.

Why Beverley Bell?

This role appealed to me because it enabled me to work for someone who is known for her previous role and who wants to pass on that knowledge to the commercial vehicle sector.

What is your favourite part of working at Beverley Bell Consulting & Training?

Now that I’ve handed over the training whiteboard to Lauren, my team can no longer tease me about it being my favourite part of the job! It’s been exciting to watch the company grow so quickly, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed the recruitment of new team members and seeing how quickly they’ve settled in and become part of our brilliant team.

What is a fun fact about yourself?

In February 2024, I drove a snowmobile across a frozen lake! Like Christina, I have a child born on Christmas day!

How will you advance your career at Beverley Bell Consulting and Training?

Looking ahead, I’m really keen to continue progressing within the business, particularly by further developing my HR skills and playing a bigger role in leading the team as we continue to grow. I would also like to study for my TM CPC qualification in both Goods and Passenger Transport, so I can increase my industry knowledge and better support our clients by offering more detailed advice on the courses we provide.
